THE UNSTOPPABLE YELLOW YETI
My most recent project where I have been working the whole year of 2021. The Unstoppable Yellow Yeti tells a story about Osmo who moves to a peculiar town called Winterton. There he meets his cousin Rita and the abominable yellow yeti Gustav.

RUG BURN
Osmo, Rita, and Gustav are taking a rug that Gustav believes is his grandpa to the monster graveyard to get a proper burial.
Rug Burn was the first episode I worked on Yellow Yeti and it is still very dear to me. As we didn't have that many background at this point, most of the backgrounds shown here I designed for the storyboards and were later on corrected by the layout team for the final look of the episode.
In this part of the episode I focused manly on how to make the travel from the mansion to the old ski lift feel natural and funny at the same time.
A NECESSARY WEASEL
Osmo angers the weasels of the forest, turning the herring day celebration into a nightmare.
The challenge in the episode was to reuse as many old backgrounds as possible, also trying to limit the amount of people in the screen while showing the chaos in the town.
I got lots of great notes from the episodic director which helped me to take the animatic to a whole new level.
SWEATY YETI
Rita wants to win the Sauna competition with all costs, but almost forgets the most important thing: the teamwork.
This was a very fun episode to make with couple musical numbers added in the animatic.
The script didn't really specify which music would be playing, so I had a lot of freedom to decide a scratch music that would work with the dance numbers.
